Oilsearch's purchase of the Alaskan oil fields 18 months ago is the only comparable sale I can think of:
Smaller defined resource but bigger resouce potential than SNE,
Less sovereign risk than Senegal,
Similar economics once capex and opex taken into account,
One year behind SNE in development but likely to catch up somewhat as Onshore development in US is likely to be easier than Offshore in Senegal.
Sale price was around US$3.50/b defined 2C from memory.
Not sure what the POO was at the time of sale, probably better POO now.
