    Hi

    I have been a long time reader of this forum and hold a small amount of UMC.

    I am a bit confused about all this BHP stuff. Is it the case that BHP are buying out all shares, or just buying a chunk and becoming a controlling shareholder?

    I guess I want to know whether I should offload my shares now while they appear to be worth something, or will I actually get $1.30 in due course from BHP?
