Well, what's happening with Syntara?

From a weekly perspective, a big drop, from 6.7 to 4.9. It finished on the low of the week.

So what's happening? Over100m shares transferred at 4.5. No official statement yet, who got out, but difficult to guess, for anyone associated here. But no denying, there is a strong push to keep it down. or should I say, lots of holders who are happy to exit at this level. Most who have been following the stock, or are long term, they cannot fathom why one would do so. But we have to understand, we are all different, with different expectation, for different timelines etc. So best to accept what is happening, rather than challenging. But overall looking very weak, vulnerable. That's where we are, I feel.

Personally, I am writing on this thread in nearly a year. My last play, long time back, was from 4s to early 7s. I had written I was happy with my 50% gain and had exited. Since then SP rose to 9s, and came back to 4s. I did buy in late 4s, but sold out immediately towards 6, hence I didn't write, it was scalping, and didn't deserve a post.

So why am I writing today? I saw the transaction the other day that happened at 4.5 for over 100m shares. I was thinking what's happening. There are 2 ways to look into it. One, someone wanted to get out, at whatever price. Second, someone who wanted to get out, did not see value at even 4.5. What we decide to take is our personal bias. We will know what is right for a long time.

So I have still not answered why I am writing after such a long time? Because I picked up a few shares today. The block shares happened at 4.5. So I was thinking, it may get there. And it may in next week or so. Like ACW when block sale happened at 1.9 when sp was 2.5, but it reached and closed today at 1.9.

I was thinking of waiting at 4.5/4.6 level. I could have. Then I remembered my old time. I had a good run, for 4s to early 7s. So I thought I had a leverage. Last 2 days I have been buying, mostly 5 and 4.9. Not sure it was a good move, but I have. Hence I am writing.

So what may happen next week? Depends on how much share is left to sell by P? I have bought around 30% of what I want to buy. My target is modest - gain of 50%, I know NZ will screw me, but I am being honest. But I feel things may turn around after F year, hopefully. Enjoy. All the best.
