No issue @newB , we all understand and value your opinion surrounding Management but the Science is solid ,,

I utilise the ANZCTR register ,, you can then click through to even read notes and any changes made to the trial. This is the purity of the science with no intervention from Management.. ( yes in some cases not kept up to date )

Sufficient data was obtained to permit proceeding to Phase II study, i.e. a safe and active dose.

The DSMB Data Safety Monitoring Board are our Patient Guardians ,, so when they have no issue and monitor no adverse effects they are totally independent. Plus if there is no Patient benefit the DSMB can call a halt to the trial..
