i think given the amount of activity in the MF space that management may seek to strike while the iron is hot. The problem is we need the share price to grow organically before we can get any decent acquisition offer. For example, you won’t get offered $750M all cash if the market cap at the time is say $150M.

But if you can get the MC up to $400M, then the premium to an acquisition of $750M isn’t too bad.

once we get next months data, the company can work out what’s needed for a registrational trial. I know Gary said it would be maybe 350 patients, but I think he was being cautious. I think 150 patients would be plenty.

give the reigns to big pharma and they can recruit those 150 patients in a year by opening up 50 recruitment sites.

it’s well beyond SNTs resources to carry out a phase 3 or phase 2b themselves. It’s gotta go to someone else.
