I am going on statements made by the Co in brr interviews and asx announcements.Nothing new its old news.
In his role on the state superannuation board alex Bajada would have many contacts amongst the institutional investors.
One of the major premises of the consolidation strategy (as i see it) is to create an entity large enough to be attractive to larger fund managers etc this is hopefully to be achieved by drawing together selected smaller players with quality assets that sometimes struggle to get the funding they require to exploit those assets because of their size.
I prefer that they use non-dilutionary means of funding (for obvious reasons) yes that could be con-notes etc.these methods of capital raising were mentioned as a possibility during the VPE play and they do seem to have a preference for this form of capital raising.
