CTP has completed a very fair deal with Trident; but what might be the range of potential values to Central Petroleum??
If we take 300 million bbls of potential oil reserves in the Johnstone prospect and value them in the ground at between $A5 and $A10 per bbl, allow for the 70% equity that CTP now has and the 257 million shares that CTP has on issue, then we find that CTP would have a value per share of $4 [with oil at $A5 ] and $8 [with oil at $A10 per bbl.
