All these dudes or Gals bagging you, say they hold stock.
If they did not buy because of the reasons you are stating (which are mainly correct)
I wonder what made them buy in the first place.
They must be newbie type traders or high flying on some thing good.
If there belief comes true they might make a couple cents per share (what's the point.)

If Amgen falls over and nothing else announced then 6 -8 cents (not likely).
If 100mil comes to the table bet they won't say well done doctor.
