Well we may know in less than a couple of weeks.
You do your own calculations and work it out.
I did mine and just thought I would put it out there on HC, I did it for myself not for the intention of posting.
As for in the red - not my fault if the market can't see the value of the deal under finalisation written in black and white in front of them.
Sometimes the market gets it wrong!
As smart as they all think they are.
It has happened before I am sure...
As for in the red I am 100% in the red but not bothered, not selling any time soon.
My advise to you - don't buy stressing you out. Don't sell cause it's going up!
