Value of Vec share, page-105

Ok, I am sure this has been discussed before, should another preferred party not enter the arena ( good finance ), then the only option IMO is another CR, $10m worth, lots of dilution I know, but would that be a better option than the Magna?

You know, lots of dilution but then we get the project underway vs a financially crippling debt that could bring Vec to its knees......

Either option not very appetising.........but never the less, here we are.

Thoughts?

AIMHO
