If VEC do not get much better terms with another finance house then sh value will be non existent as dilution will be unbearable and the only winners will be the lenders with their multiple consultants..
Thats what the gamble is now, which holders should NOT be in.
Once the likes of Magna are used the turn-a-round is slim, the $700m value means nothing if you cannot get to mine it..
