Tonstril, these companies are probably too lightly traded to enable you to do such a covered short trade. Don't muck around...just buy VMC shares at 20c.
There is minimal downside unless RXL completely collapse, and at current prices there should be 50-100% gain in VMC if you merely hang on to them for two or three months till the deal goes through and you receive your distribution of free RXL shares.
