On the 3rd July 2023 RXL propose to issue 110 million shares to give to VMC.
That will increase the the SOI of RXL 224 million to 334 million.
Question: will RXL shares drop from say 40.5c to 26.5c on that day? Or will they somehow stay at 40.5c and their Market Cap suddenly jump from $90.8 million to $135.4 million?
At the moment VMC shares are trading at a price that would suggest that RXL shares will drop by 33% on that day.
Has the RXL price got ahead of itself OR is the VMC price lagging badly?????
