The relevant figures are todays real figures the day RXL shares were handed to VMC holders , VMC 14C RXL 25C the previous values as of historical , yesterdays news ., my feeling is VMC is down for some time they have given away a significant part of there asset, RXL will be OK their deal should be zero rated , they now have a bigger asset .
