    I understand where you are coming from however its still at the early stages of proving up so far that I am applying a discount

    I want you to be proven right and for me to be wrong on this , however I am attempting to be conservative in my expectations. I do not discount your position that the two permits may be sold for a lot more than most of us are expecting
