So the break even cost is 750 tonnes per month. so if we produce 917 tonnes, that is about say 150 tonnes profit.
So with 150 tonnes profit, worth 3.45 million at 23$per kg, or 4.5 million at 30$ per kg, it will take about 8 to 11 years to pay of the debt. Over a 20 year period the dividend is averaged at 0.15 cents per year. Thus LYC is worth less than 1 cent per share at the current production and REE price.
I own close to a million share at a cost of 80 cents ps, I went in hook line an sinker with all my assets (common story). I will not subscribe to the placement as I think the LYC share price will fall in the longer term unless the REE prices increase substantially or LYC can sell 22,000 per year at such time it will be a game changer.
