I dont know the specific numbers off the top of my head, but every comparison I have seen shows that DSC is cheaper both in terms of production/retail cost and in terms of energy payback (ie solar takes a number of years before it even generates the same amount of power that was used to create it in the first place, DSC is much much quicker, under a year i believe)
