value placed on similar cu/au prospect

I have been finding it hard to get an idea of vlaues for the leases/resources that QMN has.
The investor presentation was interesting in the comparision of other copper prpoects/mines.

"paying $US250 million, and potentially $US325 million, to buy the Carrapateena copper-gold project in South Australia"

It also likely has uranimium and rare earths - so its not just copper. They are saying the resources is about 225 million and 250 million tonnes ore, about 1.2 and 1.3 per cent copper, 0.5 g/t Au , 124-138Mlbs uranium oxide.

Carrapateena was unlisted apparently.

Any thoughts on a comparison??
