    $1 mil is only for granting the exclusivity period for domain to do the final DD. If they don't fork up the remaining$48 mil till August the game is over.

    This binding deal won't be that binding then...

    This is a last ditch resort which has been dressed as a game changer. It is not for the current shareholders I can guarantee you that.
