- Currently the market values CKA @ approx. $32mil AUD - For all it's assets, holdings, etc....

- Domain values 30% of the 'BBM Coking Coal' - undeveloped @ approx $67mil Aud

Cokal retain ownership of:
- Remainder 30% share of 'BBM Coking Coal' - (potentially worth $67mil in current stage / form)
- Domain DO NOT receive any of 'BBM Anak' <- is this AAK?
- Domain DO NOT receive any of 'BBM PCI'
- Domain DO NOT receive any of 'BBP'
- Domain DO NOT receive any of 'TBAR'

- Cokal maintains status quo with the holy grail TBAR, and other projects not related to 'BBM Coking Coal'

- Cokal take advantage of the roads / infrastructure, etc. built from cash injection of Domain with the 'BBM Coking Coal' Project to then start working on other areas, including Anak, PCI, BBP, TBAR.

- Domain have vested interest in share allocation and share ownership to get this all off the ground to produce 2Mpta.

So Cokal's ownership share of projects:
- BBM Coking Coal - 30% ownership (potentially worth $67mil in current stage / form)
- BBM Anak - Is this AAK? in which case 75% ownership
- BBM PCI
- BBP - 60% ownership
- TBAR - 75% ownership

And again, to be clear the market rates CKA as being worth roughly $32mil???
