Based on the costof 253 gold deposits acquired from 1990-2013, Cipher calculated a median benchmark value for an ounce of gold in the ground at about $40

and established that 80% of the ounces were valued at less than $90.

Based on the analysis of 90 companies to calculate some averages Munknee arrived at these numbers:

• US$20 per ounce Inferred

• US$30 per ounce for M&I

• US$160 per ounce for P&P

Based on what we have as a known at this point and effectively discounting everything else to zero I get a combined value of .14c..

So yeah, buying in at 8 was the no brainer I thought it was & we still have all the upside potential discounted to zero just in case.. You'd think this little oversight will get picked up fairly soon.. haha 8H

p.s I think ***** have done away with split values now and appear just use an overhaul value of $45 dollars for each oz AU, but I'm happy with the lower figure for now..

This is great! I've been trying to do a similar calculation for another company. I had the same $ for MI and IF. Can I ask what the AV stands for in your formula?
