Hey Seth, thanks for the heads up.. Zeff & the board over the road, whilst not communicating things directly, give the impression they want to go to mine. or that's what I feel anyway through general observation.. And look both strategies are fine, especially if you are an exploration company.

But understanding what the exit strategy is upfront does play a part to a degree.. Mainly in giving you an insight in to the decisions likely to be made depending on which way the company is leaning.. Assuming it is a strategic decision of course and not just getting chomped on out of the blue..

Happy either way, a good offer is a good offer.. And you don't have to worry about swimming the moat between MRE/DFS & ROM.

But yeah, that's what this part of the exercise is all about.. Understanding who is who and how they operate.. So thankyou Sir. 8H
