Not sure you can put a specific timeframe to TO. Possibly anytime after the 3 well onwards is possible but the longer we go the more the chance increases over the next 2 years.
As to what people sell shares for that will vary per holder. I'm expecting some will take profits along the way to pay off debts etc. I'll certainly be keeping the majority of my holding for much higher prices.
