G'day Rock Doctor, as I said it was no indictment on their abilities, just my perception on certain aspects without knowing the directors.
It was actually pg 15 as shown below….the page does have the heading of "Navarre Board and management"

My points were more of an observation of why one company in the short term has outperformed another with similar assets. To this end as I pointed out the main differentiating factor IMO could be with the initial corporate structure of both companies. Maybe a cursory look at available cash may also be a factor.
I do not hold shares in either stock, these are just my observations from the side lines. I have watched SVY with interest as I believe they have got their corporate structure right together with a proven board and good assets. Once again I am not casting any aspersions on the board or assets of NML, merely providing my observations to NightWatchman who asked a question about relative sp performance which is what it is.
