Some companies reflect a premium, some a discount to true value. I would argue that corporate structure is a major part of fundamentals, or at the very least affects market sentiment at exploration stage……where the biggest swings are often experienced.

Valuing companies with no earnings or indeed even no JORC compliant resource will invariably vary greatly. Let the trend be your friend.

I wonder how a script based takeover of NML by SVY would be received. The fit between their projects is pretty compelling and would see good gains available to both sides (especially NML). Very much a 2 plus 2 equals 5 opportunity IMO.
