Bazz, I believe HUN only paid $4 million for their licences from RIO. They they were taken over for about $350+ million (??) 18 months after they listed.
The resource game is full of examples of companies walking away from assests for one reason of another. Keep in mind Peabody won of JV tender to develop that massive 5 billion tonne deposit to the east.
Noetheless, exploration risk still exists.
