Hi cmonaussie, it may sound silly, but how did you adjust the PV for 2022 onwards in the spreadsheet? I liked your model and tried to make the same calculation in excel (and play with the numbers a little bit); but I ended up with different results after 2022 (I used the usual PV formula)
