i think we all know COE is under valued and with the oil games of the saudi's and runssian doing no favours for COE being tainted with the oil brush still ....leaves us to do a gamestop on this stock and all buy when its undervalued... once APA fix the dam plant we'll see the buyers come back with a bit more confidence. all those intso's that took positions 12-18mths ago at 45-50c need to stay the course too
