Mission man - they have been trying to fix the damn plant for at least 12 months and have failed. What if they can't fix it and the project just staggers along for years??? You assume it's undervalued because it's operating below theoretical design capacity. It is not undervalued at current rates. The market won't be handing them gobs of money for future projects - if only because this present one has been very poorly managed, Methinks a new CEO and Board is needed! I was in but bailed out - had a funny smell about it and very poor communications and disclosures - let alone failure to deliver. DDD
