Hi Cmon - very few entrepreneurs have the skills needed to actually run a business or project.
My argument would be that the CEO has pulled it all together as a good entrepreneur - but lacks the skill set to actually deliver the vision.
He has a Board that is "respectable" but who would not argue with the "founder".
So, change them out and get a re-rating before Beach or someone else comes knocking on your door.
And for the record I am not a shorter and I am not currently interested in buying the stock.
