Don't forget to allow for office lease commitments, remuneration and golden parachutes for the A team. I wonder if the recentmassivepaycuts were just deferred or were they actual paycuts. They should probably hire another Gun director to further strengthen the board. One with (excellent) legal expertise and experience in winding things up (the Co. not the Shareholders - thats already been achieved by the current team).
At some point, the financials will no longer be able to be prepared on a going concern basis. That time could be as soon as when the next quarterly is released?
I wonder what Meridian are thinking of doing? And are the other Shareholders' interests aligned with theirs?
