I have no evidence, just a belief that hand shake deals and certain understanding between parties take place.

If i was thinking about become a JV partner. I would be buying a few million and wait for results. In the mean time, why not make a few dollars, playing the field as a spread.

I tend to think i know this stock, price action and volume, pretty intimately, and i think i can even tell the difference between major players. I'm keeping an eye on WCP, i think they will be doing the unloading to the JV.

If i was PTR or GDY, i would also be playing a few corporate games.

Keeping an eye on the share registry could give some clues.
