As to value, I never pay much heed to intrinsic values, only to what the market thinks.
I think SFH, like NBL and probably PMV, will plod for a good while but eventually go ahead.
As to whether they are good to park your money in the meantime, that's another question depending on your time frame and entry price.
Having said that, I hold all 3 to a limited amount.
