STO pushing up today on strong volumes again..
You can never be sure, but it certainly seems like something good is on its way.
I'm hoping it's the Kogas deal and or a JV in the cooper whereby Total commits to a huge spending program to prove up STO's unconventional gas. Total did a similar deal with Chesapeake earlier this year and I've been watching Total and they still haven't spent that capex allocation for 2010. I think this is why Knox was at pains to tell the markets when the GLNG sell down happened that in time the real value of the Total alliance would be borne out.
