I saw some mention of the gas units were being programmed for top-end rebuilds in june,so no doubt that will increase expenses while running the diesels.Maybe they were pro-active and did them thru the force majeur as it was a notified week disruption,
any continuous process requires that,to be continuous.Management where i am can't understand why when they're on holiday for a month at xmas why our production is so high.That's because they're sticky fingers aren't stop starting at their wim.Yes.i have run a water/pipeline/sludge treatment plant as well and have seen any flow interuptions kill the treatment bed and up the need for contining additional use of expensive chemicals,to bring things under control.The same with the current supposedly continuous plant i control where start-up/shut down costs and waste are horrendous.enough said.
