After the intra-low yesterday there looks to be some support flowing back in. Selling pressure has dropped off too, so it's not surprising the SP has picked up a little. Still waiting for 2-3 announcements from the company before the end of the month.

I also heard through the grapevine that the Rooderand Legal Proceedings are currently being heard in court (Thursday/Friday this week). I would have though our company might have provided an update?

As I understand, Atla (the 4th respondent) has taken the lead in the matter in order to resolve the matter promptly. Atla and their senior counsel are said to be very confident that they will win the legal issue and it wont jeopardize the Bofule/Rooderand project at all.

An outcome here could bring more good news I suspect - and at the least remove one unresolved issue clouding the company's future. Hopefully we will not have to wait too long for the court to consider!
