You need to understand the intent of Mathews Capital's Sabre Fund.
The Sabre Fund has been closed to external investors since November 2008.
The Sabre Fund adopts a long/short concentrated investment strategy and utilizes a moderate to high level of gearing.
The run to 0.19 was being distributed into by these guys and new shorts were activated.
The mind games now will be when will they bottom it and reverse back up?
The only way to fry these guys is for PLA to come out with a stellar quarterly.
Some how I think they know they are well in control.
Imho fair value is 0.12 and thus far it is proving a reasonable pivot point.
