The first part you are incorrect, they KNOW there is gas there from the 2 year joint study. Ranau was much sought after but "given" to Prabu Energy due to Thamrin owning 20% of Prabu.

The second part you are partially correct. Not all of this will go to Singapore, a big slice of it I dare say will be transferred direct into the Sumatra West Java pipeline that runs beside Ranua.

Still very early days, however there is a lot of information clearly pointing towards there being gas and oil at Ranau. The only question is how much.
