So between April and July 13th, by (putting the project "on hold"), they got a resolution?
Why haven't KGL management done the same?
I have, and maybe others as well, suggested that KGL tell the Kyrgyz to either decide on Andash, or shove it.
Looks like at least the Poms can get a response out of them in 3 months. All we have to show for Andash is still no decision, and a totally depressing SP, and as for KGLs timing regarding consolidation/CR, makes me wonder also.
