Can someone please outline the capital gains tax implications for CSE's holdings in SYR?
I did ask this in the other thread too so if it has been answered there please ignore this.
Do they lose the standard 30% or pay a higher rate in company CGT?
And, if it is 30%, do you just subtract the 30% from the book value of SYR to work out the real net value to CSE shareholders?
