    Righto so the 30% just comes off the difference between current market value of their holdings in SYR, and their purchase price, and then any CGT credits cancel the effect of a CGT event.

    That really doesn't seem to devalue the SYR shares that CSE are holding, then, does it?

    Just seems like a way to get SYR shares pretty cheap.

    Am I right, or missed something?
