HC now says MC is $16.84m. pop!, if MC before IIM proposal was...

    HC now says MC is $16.84m.

    pop!, if MC before IIM proposal was stable at $5m, then MC growth has been about $12m since then (based on MC in HotCopper reported as $16.84m).

    If this MC growth is entirely based on a 20% purchase of IIM (which cost $1.25m) then are we saying that market is valuing IIM at 5 x $12m = $60m whereas the IIM value based on the 20% purchase is 5 x $1.25m = $6.25m? Seems like a big difference in valuations.
