hmm so if u were in business and developed/invested in a product or service u would b happy for a govt regulator to set the 'right' price u can charge?.
The profit u can make for the risk u have taken ?
Taking into account vodafone,optus and tpg have regulated access to tls's fixed infrastructure required for 'everyone's' mobile netwotk as long as 'anyone' is prepared to invest in their own mobile network.
