1. I was assuming that the $27k was a minimal spending limit. I am not sure of this, but I assumed that ALL payments made through Douugh would be subject to the interchange fee, regardless of "debit/credit" card facility. Am I wrong here? Thus, I included ALL living expenses (renturn, essential groceries etc.) in this value.

I agree somewhat with point 2, although, the customer is from Douugh, so wouldn't they be getting more of a cut, as it is an extra customer to the issuing bank? But am sure analysis would be done on the back-end between the Douugh and Choice bank, potentially there is a "lease" expense or something for using their system/licenses.

Absolutely margins will be thin, only customers will determine this to be successful. Definitely a watch this space.
