value?

I have not yet invested in MMJ, however I might very soon. this stock is trading at 2/3 of its NCAV, meaning that if it sells all of it's current assets and pays off all the liabilities of the company, MMJ is worth about 18c per share, a solid growth of 50% if it was to reach those levels. these stocks are becoming increasingly harder to come by and there is always a reason for this, however with the recently elected president Biden, I can only see positives in this sector, ultimately driving greater revenue for MMJ, and the news that they are expanding out of weed stocks also brings me hope this stock can turn around.

so my question is why do you believe this stock is so heavily undervalued, despite the recent negative earnings, and where you value MMJ.
