I think the market wants to see hear smell and taste that this deal is over the line.

it's become that skeptical and cynical.

I'm convinced this is a done deal but once the market senses this is over the line .. a big rerating will happen.

After all ..
This could be trading at a p/e close to 1x - if the field gets to the notional 30,000 bopd rate (net 12,000bopd to AED).

even at 10,000 bopd rate ..net 4,000bopd .. it'll be trading at about 3x p/e.

A huge rerating therefore awaits.
