did an excel DCF valuation on the Chile copper mine, based on 12 year mine life, LT costs at $2/lb and copper price at $3.50 and discount rate of 12%. the answer is 15c a share. That seems too high, so will check the spreadsheet. I also added on a figure for the other exploration assets in Chile, Portugal and Armenia plus the current capital raising. Any idea of waht value per share on these? Say 10c? So that totals around 25c per share? can't be right.
or have I missed something? is there some debt which would bring the number down...by how much?
