He actually says he expects flow rate of 'well over 2000bopd plus gas through larger choke'. He values the Miogyp accumulation, assuming 16mmbo recoverable, at $181m or 64cps without considering deeper Cib Haz (poss another 20mmbo).
It will also be relatively cheap to develop, w plenty of nearby infrastructure topside, premium light oil + gas, several refineries right on their doorstep. Absolute bargain at these prices, imo.
