The point I was trying to push was value in the current market. Try to project future growth in current stocks at current prices when fear seems to be order of the day.
Minuses
WOW is basically a safe haven when VIX is up and Visa Versa in current conditions.
Plusses.
1/Higher margins of growth in WOW ATM are also being gained from more home brand sales. 2/One of the companies very unlikely to do a rights issue. 3/Dividends more likely to increase.
To be honest I would trade WOW from 24.5 to 28.5 if I could be bothered to open another portfolio in another family members name to minimize capital gains.
SP may well be into the 30's by Xmas.
Order of the day now is to simulate the WOW purchase with as many other companies at current prices.
