    Having seen many other reits move up well over the 10c mark I have decided to hold AEZ.I can't see many other investments as good a value as AEZ so I am holding to the medium to long term.Sure enough if I was to sell at 10.5c it would move up to 15c which represents close to 50% return.The 33c NTA will underpin a share price recovery.
